Choose Velcro if you value quick, adjustable fastening and train independently. Choose Lace Up if you prefer a traditional, closely secured fit and have help fastening your gloves.

Using them as sparring gloves. Feels really good on the wrist and knuckles, the leather and stitching looks great, the design slaps, everyone is asking where I got it :). I don't feel a thing when I punch or block. Definitely a upgrade compared to the temu gloves I used before
